On this 6-day adventure, not only will we dance and party thought the spicy Brazilian streets in our beautiful bedazzled costumes; we will also cover the highlights of Brazil’s capital Rio de Janerio. We will explore the beautiful white sand beach, Pedra do Telégrafo, the breathtaking Sugar Loaf Mountain and so much more. And what’s a trip to Brazil without visiting the beautiful Christ Redeemer?
Our experience doesn’t stop there! We’ll also take our very own Samba dance lessons to fully immerse ourselves in the Brazilian culture. Our itinerary is full of adventures that are sure to make your experience unforgettable.

All prices are based on double occupancy. If you are traveling solo, roommate matching will be available.

Payment Information
When are deposits due?
All registration deposits are due on the day you register. The remaining payments will be due based on the schedule provided unless you would like to pay in full. If you book late and miss a scheduled payment, we will provide an adjusted payment schedule in order for you to keep up and make all payments before the last payment is due.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, we offer payment plans on all of our packages.
How does the payment plan work?
A deposit of $200 is made upon registration which will go towards the total trip cost. The remaining payments are due on a monthly basis unless you would like to pay in full. See payments and services for more details.
Important Information
As stated above, flights are not included in the package. All accommodations are based on double occupancy which could include a shared king bed. If you need any assistance with booking your flight please contact us at milesofmelanin@gmail.com.
All payments made to Miles of Melanin are non-refundable and non-transferrable. To protect your travel investment, you must purchase optional travel protection at your own expense.
All reservations must me made with your government name and must match your ID. Any person that fails to pay their scheduled payment will be charged a first time late fee. If for any reason you miss a second scheduled payment, your spot will be removed.

Cancellations
What if I have to cancel last minute? Do you offer refunds?
All payments are non-refundable under all circumstances. Please we do not offer refunds if you have to cancel.
Why isn't my deposit refundable?
We sign contractual agreements and prepay all vendors prior to our experiences, which will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Please consider purchasing travel insurance.
